How do I care for my candle and ensure my wick stays lit?
For all candles, ensure that during your first burn the wax burn pool is fully melted and reaches the glass walls. This will help with preventing tunnelling in your second and subsequent burns. In your next burn, trim your wick using your fingers to shorten the wood wick about 1/8”-1/4”. The shorter wick will help to feed the flame properly.
Burn your candle safely, and keep your candle burning within sight. Keep away from drafts and plants. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use the cork lid to snuff the candle out.
How do I refill my glass candle jar?
If you are in the lower mainland of Vancouver, BC, refills are available based on limited availability. Refills are charged $28 per scent. Concrete candles are not available for refills.
How fragrant are these candles? Do they have essential oils?
Our candles uses a coconut wax, which is able to hold a very strong hot throw when burned. Each of our candle produces a long-lasting fragrance that can fill the room.
Our fragrances are all phthalate and paraben free. Our scents use a combination of fragrance and essential oils.
How long is delivery?
Your orders will be processed and shipped out from Vancouver within 2-5 business days. Please allow for longer turn around times during the holidays. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been sent. Orders within BC will generally arrive in a few days, pending on the time of the year. Due to COVID-19, please expect some delivery delays. If your tracking has confirmed delivery and you are still missing your package, please send us an email and we will help with the tracking.
If I live in Vancouver, Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we do curbside pickup! You may select option at time of check out. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details regarding shipping and pick up.

Where do you ship to? What are your shipping rates?
We ship to both Canada and US.
For Canada only, we have a flat rate of $10. All taxes are the customer’s responsibility to cover. FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $50.
For US only, we do not have flat shipping, but we do over FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund candles damaged during shipment. Please send a damaged item return request to foxglovecollections@gmail.com within 3 days of arrival. We may ask for documentation for damaged items. All items on sale are final.
Do you do wholesale or custom orders?
If you have a special order that you would like custom candles for, please contact us! For all wholesale and custom candle inquiries, please send us your details through our contact form.
Do you participate in fundraisers or special events?
Yes we do! Please contact us with more information regarding your event or fundraiser. As a small company we love supporting our local community and are open to working events.
